Your Role as a QBA As a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) , you will provide clinical oversight, behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and supervision of ABA services to ensure the highest standard of care for clients and families.

Your responsibilities will include:

Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and skills evaluations. Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized ABA treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based interventions aligned with client goals and best practices. Analyze clinical data and modify treatment strategies based on progress and outcomes. Clinical Supervision & Leadership Provide supervision and clinical guidance to QASPs, ABATs and Behavior Technicians (BTs). Conduct competency assessments and fidelity monitoring to ensure quality service delivery. Mentor clinical staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback. Support professional development and continuous learning within the ABA team. Family & Caregiver Training Provide parent, caregiver, and stakeholder training to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals. Ensure treatment strategies generalize across home, school, and community environments. Deliver culturally responsive education and support tailored to individual family needs. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure ABA services comply with QABA standards, payer requirements, ethical guidelines, and North Carolina regulations. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, treatment plans, supervision records, and progress reports. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development. Promote audit readiness and maintain adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide clear and professional communication regarding client progress, treatment recommendations, and service needs. Contribute to organizational excellence through clinical leadership and operational support. Support strategic initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes and service quality. Qualifications Current Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification in good standing (required). Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services and clinical supervision. Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans. Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of QABA ethical standards, ABA principles, and North Carolina regulations. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. Experience supervising QASPs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians. Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical data management systems. Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
