Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience as a paraprofessional within schools, particularly special education settings Comfortable supporting students with higher needs and adapting to a variety of learning challenges Pennsylvania clearances required prior to start Ability to specify and communicate age group preference for caseload assignment Willingness to attend onsite interviews and work at the designated location Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families Reliable transportation for daily commute to the Malvern area

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct classroom support and individualized attention to students Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Promote positive behavior strategies and social skills development Collaborate with instructional staff for inclusive learning experiences Support daily classroom routines and documentation as needed
