Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience providing ABA therapy or behavioral support, preferably in a school or pediatric setting Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Patient, compassionate, and skilled at building rapport with children Ability to adapt to varied student needs and follow established protocols

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized ABA-based support to an assigned student throughout the school day Collaborate closely with teachers, behavior analysts, and support staff to implement and follow behavior plans Collect data and document all services and significant student behaviors accurately Employ de-escalation strategies and positive behavioral supports as needed Foster a positive, structured environment that encourages learning and growth Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required Enjoy the fulfillment of making a daily difference for your student and the opportunity to develop your clinical and teamwork skills in an engaging educational setting.
