Qualifications:

Special Education Teacher certification or eligibility to obtain (emergency permits accepted) Experience with 2nd grade students or similar age groups preferred Strong skills in classroom and case management Flexibility and adaptability in various educational settings Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of approximately 17-18 students, primarily focusing on case management Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct and consultative services to students with diverse learning needs onsite Collaborate and communicate regularly with families and fellow educators Maintain documentation and monitor student progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines
