Open Roles:

Self-Contained /

PRTF Classroom:

Serve grades 6-12 in an in-person setting, working with a small group of 8-10 students, providing individualized support and creating a nurturing environment that encourages academic and behavioral growth.

Elementary Resource Teacher:

Support grades 3-5, managing a resource classroom of 12-15 students, focusing on inclusion, differentiation, and skill-building to ensure every child has the tools to succeed.

What Were Looking For:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education Experience with self-contained or resource classrooms (grades 3-12 preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals and progress tracking Strong organizational abilities and adaptability Must be able to work in-person, 37.5 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students individual learning needs Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture Assess academic and social growth, maintaining effective records Collaborate closely with families, aides, therapists, and general education staff Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and professional development Implement behavior management strategies based on best practices Take advantage of this fulfilling contract role, beginning immediately through June 11, 2027.
