Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in a related field Valid Texas classroom teaching certificate State certification exam for educational diagnosticians (must be passed) At least three full years of classroom teaching experience Previous school-based experience as an educational diagnostician Fluency in both Spanish and English Successful completion of fingerprinting and time-sensitive credentialing

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' educational needs Prepare detailed, professional reports outlining findings and recommendations Participate actively in ARD meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Travel between two schools within the district in an itinerant capacity Communicate effectively and compassionately with students, teachers, and families Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines for special education
