Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in a related field required. Active Texas classroom teaching certificate. Minimum of three years full-time teaching experience. State certification as an Educational Diagnostician (must have passed the relevant exam). Previous experience working in school settings is essential. Must complete fingerprinting prior to start. Strong skills in assessment, analysis, and written communication.

What Youll Do:

Conduct comprehensive student testing to assess learning needs. Prepare detailed diagnostic reports and share actionable insights. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend and help develop individualized education programs (IEPs). Communicate test results, plans, and progress with parents, teachers, and administrators. Travel between two assigned schools within the district as an itinerant diagnostician. Participate in ongoing professional development and support district compliance initiatives.
