Qualifications:

Current, active Texas Special Education Certification and EC-6 Certification required Experience working with students facing major academic and functional challenges is highly valued Ability to provide differentiated instruction and individualized support Adept at collaborating within an educational team

Responsibilities:

Deliver instruction to a self-contained classroom of approximately 10 students, supported by two paraprofessionals Develop and implement individualized education plans to address each students unique needsacademic, behavioral, and social Maintain regular communication with families and school team members regarding student progress and strategies Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning space for students with intellectual disabilities, Autism, TBI, and complex medical needs Utilize provided curriculum resources and adaptive tools to ensure student engagement and growth Monitor and document student progress accurately Commit to a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Enjoy the security of weekly pay, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, a matching 401k, and access to a flexible spending accountmaking it easier for you to focus on delivering exceptional care and instruction.
