Elementary Special Education Teacher Allied OneSource Education is actively seeking an Elementary Special Education Teacher for a full-time school-based opportunity in Kent, Washington for the 2026-2027 school year.

Full-Time | School-Year Contract Position Summary As an Elementary Special Education Teacher, you will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs while fostering academic, social, and emotional growth. You will collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to create and implement effective educational programs that help students reach their full potential in an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Valid Washington Special Education Teaching Certification required Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field required Previous school-based experience preferred Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance requirements Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide specialized instruction based on students' academic and functional needs Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with general education teachers and multidisciplinary teams Implement accommodations, modifications, and evidence-based interventions Participate in IEP meetings and family conferences Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment Why Join Allied OneSource Education?
