Early childhood/Elementary Why You'll Love This Role Work with Pre-K students during their most critical developmental years Support individualized learning and early intervention goals Join a collaborative, school-based team Consistent school schedule following the district calendar What You'll Do Provide special education services to Pre-K students Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning environments Implement IEP goals and early intervention strategies Monitor and document student progress Collaborate with families, therapists, and school staff Model positive behavior and social-emotional skills Certifications / License Needed Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate with a Special Education Endorsement Bachelor's Degree or higher in Education or a related field Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, MTSS, and Washington State SPED requirements

Qualifications:
