Job Description
Step into a meaningful role supporting students and educators as a Paraprofessional Facilitator for an onsite contract position. Make an impact by assisting virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and actively supporting classroom instruction at select locations. In this dynamic setting, you'll help students prepare for virtual SLP sessions and collaborate with teaching staff, offering flexibility and variety to your workday. What we're seeking: Completion of an Associates Degree or higher, or proof of passing the WorkKeys test Experience working within a school setting Adaptability and a willingness to assist both virtual SLPs and classroom teachers as needed Ability to work onsite Capacity to pass fingerprinting and background check requirements Collaborative attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability Responsibilities include: Preparing students for virtual SLP sessions and supporting the technical and behavioral needs during these services Adapting your daily activities to assist classroom teachers when virtual SLP sessions are not in progress Working cohesively within a team environment to support the goals of students and educators Managing schedules and transitions for students receiving services Ensuring student safety, engagement, and a positive learning environment at all times Take advantage of an opportunity to work with a dedicated group of professionals, serve students with diverse needs, and shape your experience across four possible locations.
