Compensation:
Up to $160.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience) Position Overview American Staffing Professionals is seeking innovative, passionate, and experienced Substitute Teachers to support state-accredited charter schools in Greenville, SC. Key Responsibilities Culture & Leadership:
Serve as a positive role model, actively shaping school culture and advancing the institution's mission.
Instructional Delivery:
Seamlessly execute provided lesson plans and uphold classroom rules across PreK through 12th-grade classrooms.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a safe, productive, and structured learning environment for all students.
Operational Reliability:
Accept on-call assignments as needed, manage your availability schedule, and maintain open communication with agency administrators.
Qualifications Experience:
Proven track record working with children, specifically within a structured classroom setting.
Skills:
Strong, proactive classroom management and communication skills.
Licensing:
A state teaching license is not required to apply.
