We are seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Full-Time and Part-Time Teacher Aides to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, wants to make a difference, and is interested in being part of a high-quality early childhood program. What You'll Do Assist teachers with daily classroom activities, routines, and transitions. Engage with children through play, learning experiences, and positive interactions. Help create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment. Support children's social-emotional development and individual needs. Assist with supervision during classroom activities, meals, rest time, and outdoor play. Work collaboratively with teachers and other ECDC staff. Follow ECDC policies, licensing requirements, and NAEYC standards. What We're Looking For A genuine interest in working with and supporting children. Dependability, patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience working with children in a childcare, school, camp, or similar setting preferred . Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive early childhood environment.
