Qualifications:

Delaware Paraeducator Permit (must have current permit; pending status is not acceptedattach a screenshot of DEEDS portal if pending) Previous experience supporting students with autism or in special education settings preferred Willingness to complete and pay for CBC fingerprinting ($85 requirement) Ability to follow individualized education plans and directions from classroom teachers Excellent communication, patience, and organization skills Candidates with RBT certification welcome, but this position is strictly classified and compensated as paraprofessional per school guidelines Submission of resume and DE para permit required for consideration
