Key Qualifications:

Valid Delaware Paraeducator Permit in hand (pending permits are not eligible) Previous experience as a paraprofessional in school settings strongly preferred Flexible, dependable, and enthusiastic about working in diverse educational environments Ability to adapt quickly to different school cultures and grade levels Willingness to complete required $85 background check fingerprinting prior to start If you are an RBT, independent BCBA supervision is required (client does not provide or honor RBT credentials for this role)

Role Responsibilities:

Provide floater paraprofessional support across assigned school sites, based on weekly scheduling needs Assist teachers and staff with classroom management, instructional support, and student engagement Offer individualized or small group support to students, including those with special needs Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment Communicate effectively with school teams and adapt to multiple campus assignments
