Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar role in an educational setting Strong background in behavioral support and intervention, particularly with early elementary students Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administrators Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping students thrive

Responsibilities:

Support the lead classroom teacher with instructional activities and classroom management Implement behavioral strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs Assist students during classroom tasks, transitions, and activities Document student progress and observations as directed by educators Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning for student success

Schedule:
