3 Dover, MA Job Details Full-time $24.70 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications General academic student support Learning styles adaptability Adaptive instruction Full Job Description Chickering Elementary School in Dover, MA is seeking Educational Assistants to work with classroom teachers and students in grades K-5 to support academic and social-emotional learning activities, supervise lunchroom and recess, and assist teachers with materials preparation. Educational Assistants will be provided support and direction from general education staff.
Primary responsibilities:
  • To nurture and support students.
  • Support and facilitate classroom activities and instruction
  • Implement designated academic learning activities and positive behavior support plans
  • Communicate with educators regarding student progress
  • Assist classroom teachers in creating materials for student use.
Supervision of students Job requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting students using strategies for differentiated instruction
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
