We are seeking three highly qualified Paraprofessionals for full-time contract roles supporting students at Wilson Elementary. These positions include both Center-Based and Resource/Setting 1 and 2 assignments, working 32.5 hours per week from Monday through Friday. The contract period will begin in early September and extend through early December, with the opportunity to transition to a direct placement after 422 hours.

Key Qualifications:

Must be highly qualified via one of the following: Passing the Minnesota Para Educator Exam (submit passing score documentation) 60+ college credits (official college transcripts required) Experience in school settings or working with children preferred Willingness to assist with toileting and personal care as required Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Reliable, compassionate, and eager to support diverse learners

Role Responsibilities:
