Missouri substitute certificate or completed paraprofessional certification Experience working with school-aged children, especially in functional skills and resource/inclusive settings Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Adaptability and eagerness to support diverse learning needs Team-focused mindset and collaboration skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom instruction for grades 1, 3, and 4 Assist in individualized and small-group activities for students needing functional skills and resource support Foster a nurturing, positive atmosphere to encourage student growth Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies Provide guidance and redirection as needed throughout the school day Support the safety and well-being of all students during classroom and other school activities
