Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 support tailored to each student's unique needs during the school day Assist with mobility and personal care, including toileting, diapering, and hygiene routines Support classroom engagement, behavior management, and safety protocols Foster a positive, empowering environment that encourages independence Communicate effectively with teachers, therapists, and team members Participate in regular team meetings (Tuesdays at 8:00 am) Uphold campus guidelines and collaborate on strategies to meet student goals Building hours are from 8:45 am to 4:15 pm, providing a balanced workday with the opportunity for professional growth.
