About Us Next Charter School was founded in 2013 to offer a more flexible, personalized high school experience for students in southern NH. Rooted in inclusion, community, and innovation, Next focuses on competency-based learning, real-world experiences, and meeting the diverse needs of all students. About the Position We are seeking Paraprofessionals to work with a high school students who have Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and receive special education services in the general education setting. Paraprofessionals provide support to students in and out of the classroom according to the needs of the students. Responsibilities Support student learning and engagement in academic and community settings Assist with organization, time management, and executive function. Provide redirection and academic support inside and outside the classroom Encourage social participation and model Next's mission and values Participate in professional development and contribute to our community
