Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role Comfortable assisting across all caseload types and collaborating with educators Ability to respond flexibly to student and classroom needs Compliance with Pennsylvania state clearance requirements or willingness to obtain them within 48 hours of offer (if not secured within the last year) Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
