Responsibilities Assist teachers in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities. Support students with their academic tasks and provide one-on-one assistance as needed. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Help manage classroom behavior and implement strategies for effective classroom management. Supervise students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Communicate effectively with teachers regarding student progress and any concerns. Qualifications Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is preferred. Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
