Role:

Kiddie Academy Murphy is looking for a passionate and nurturing Assistant Teacher to join our team in Murphy, TX! Responsibilities:

Support the lead teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities Supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing classroom environment Assist with daily routines including meals, nap time, and transitions Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space Communicate positively and professionally with parents and guardians Follow all childcare licensing regulations and academy safety protocols

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework preferred Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or classroom setting Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for children Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must meet state licensing requirements, including background check CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
