Primary Classroom Assistant Are you looking for work that actually means something? Let Them Grow Montessori is hiring a Primary classroom assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in Payson, UT. We're a Montessori school — not a daycare. In our Early Childhood environment, children ages 3-6 are engaged in hands-on, self-directed work curated for their developmental needs. You'll witness children teaching themselves to read, discovering mathematical concepts through concrete materials, and developing a genuine love of learning — often before kindergarten. As an assistant, you'll be an active, intentional presence — guiding children as they build independence in caring for themselves and their classroom, supporting them through big emotions and moments of conflict, and helping to maintain the calm, purposeful atmosphere that makes meaningful work possible. No prior Montessori experience required. We'll teach you the method — you bring the mindset. A genuine curiosity about child development and a willingness to engage deeply with what we do here is essential. This position is available part-time (10 hrs/week). Located in Spanish Fork, UT.
