Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This role is essential in fostering a love for learning and promoting the overall development of each child in our care. The Assistant Teacher will work closely with students, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Duties Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and care that promote childhood development. Support the needs of children by providing individualized attention and guidance. Facilitate engaging learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Foster positive relationships with students and colleagues to create a supportive community. Qualifications Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their growth.
