Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a certificate or an associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology from an accredited institution.Experience:
A minimum of three years of industry experience.Technical Skills:
Must have a minimum of five years of experience in Manual and CNC Machining practice before entering the position.Industry Knowledge & Competencies:
Must have an awareness of current industry trends and tools, as well as ongoing continuing education.Organizational Abilities:
