Key Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an emergency room (ER) environment Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required Strong critical thinking and rapid clinical assessment skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Triage, assess, and treat patients experiencing a wide range of acute and urgent medical conditions Provide expert care in accordance with evidence-based standards and facility protocols Perform ongoing monitoring, interventions, and reassessment of patients Administer medications and intravenous therapies safely and accurately Respond quickly and efficiently to medical emergencies and trauma cases Collaborate closely with physicians, technicians, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes Ensure precise and timely documentation of care in compliance with regulatory and department guidelines
