Journeyman Electrician- Licensed

Overview We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician in the Kern / Fresno County areas to bring expert electrical skills to a variety of commercial, residential, industrial, and renovation projects. As a key player in operations, candidate will deliver high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures. Conduct routine inspections on electrical systems, troubleshoot faults, replace faulty components, and perform upgrades as needed. Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards. Ability to read complex schematics, blueprints, manuals and technical drawings accurately. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across various trades while maintaining safety standards. Adhere to all quality and safety codes. Qualifications and Physical Demands Journeyman/ Electrician License Minimum of 5 recent years of Electrical experience Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening Availability to lift and carry frequently ( tools, materials and equipment) Climbing and balancing such as ladders lifts to reach high areas for wiring and fixtures installations Exposure to weather conditions Ability to work indenpendently or as a part of a team ReadyWork Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
