Plaintiff-Side Employment Attorney We're hiring a plaintiff-side Employment Attorney to lead and litigate employment matters from intake through resolution. This is a role for an attorney who is comfortable owning cases and driving strategy. Responsibilities Handle plaintiff-side employment cases (e.g., discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage & hour) Draft and file complaints, motions, discovery, and settlement demands Manage depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations Appear in court/administrative proceedings as needed Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs (Westlaw/Lexis) Qualifications Licensed and in good standing in CA Strong litigation experience in employment law (plaintiff-side preferred) Excellent writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills Ability to manage a caseload independently in a fast-paced environment To apply: Please send your resume and a brief writing sample to tehmina@avagyanlaw.com
