This job pays $120,000 - $140,000/year . You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday , during regular business hours with our team in Dayton. You will be working a hybrid schedule in this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Civil Engineer, you will work with other engineers and designers to come up with smart, safe ways to build and improve industrial projects. You will use computer software to design and check structures, look over drawings and plans, and make sure everything meets the right standards and rules. You'll talk with clients, help plan and schedule projects, and see your work go from ideas to finished results. You'll work on different projects, learn new things, and be part of a team that solves problems together.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or a related field 5+ years of professional structural engineering experience Active Professional Engineer (PE) license Strong problem-solving and technical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality results

Preferred:

Master's degree in civil or structural engineering Experience with finite element analysis software or consulting engineering Familiarity in industrial settings (agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, or biofuels) Proficiency with CAD and structural modeling tools Familiarity with reviewing and producing engineering drawings We'd love to meet you.
