Architectural Drafter

Duties Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using Chief Architect. Create precise schematics, system designs, and interior layouts aligned with project specifications and client requirements. Utilize Chief Architect to produce realistic visualizations and conceptual models for presentations and client reviews. Prepare construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details that adhere to building codes and standards. Collaborate with clients, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility during the drafting process. Experience Proven experience in architectural drafting or a related field with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both 2D and 3D design software. Extensive knowledge of Chief Architect is a requirement. Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, schematic development, and interior design principles. Experience in mechanical design or graphic design is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to interpret architectural sketches and translate them into detailed technical drawings accurately.
