Available Help for . Live Woodlands Management, LLC seeks an Architect to work in Spring, TX. Submit resume to Jose Guerrero Balderrama, Chief Financial Officer at jose@lwre.me. Must put Requisition ID No. Arch-77386 on resume. Create architectural concepts based on client needs, site conditions, and functionality. Develop detailed blueprints, sketches, 2-D and 3-D models, and 2-D and 3-D walkthroughs utilizing technical drawing skills and computer-aided design (CAD) programs. Ensure designs meet legal, safety, and zoning regulations. Coordinate with engineers, construction suppliers, contractors, and clients throughout the project. Assemble plans to obtain necessary permits and approvals from authorities. Choose suitable materials for durability, aesthetics, and budget. Estimate costs and prepare construction budgets and ensure adherence to project timelines and financial flows. Supervise construction process by monitoring progress, quality, and adherence to plans. Manage construction personnel. Conduct periodic on-site observation of work in progress for major projects. Address challenges during design and construction. Present ideas, make modifications, and ensure client satisfaction. Inspect completed buildings to ensure they meet quality standards and address any issues or modifications required after construction.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

36 months of experience in technical drawing skills, 2-D and 3-D computer-aided design (CAD) programs, supervision of construction processes, cost estimation, construction budgets, coordination with construction suppliers and contractors, and managing construction personnel and timelines.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

20% travel requirement to Mexico.
