Responsibilities Perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on bicycles, including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel truing, and suspension servicing Assemble new bikes from parts, ensuring proper fit and function for each customer Repair and replace components such as brakes, gears, tires, chains, and suspension systems Assist customers with bike repairs, maintenance advice, and product recommendations to enhance their cycling experience Maintain a clean, organized workspace and keep detailed records of all service work performed Experience Service technician experience or mechanic background with a strong mechanical knowledge of bicycles and related components Hands-on experience with suspension systems, brake repair, assembly, and general vehicle maintenance Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized cycling equipment Retail sales experience combined with excellent customer service skills to engage and assist customers effectively Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales transactions Ability to lift heavy bikes or parts safely during repairs or assembly tasks Passion for cycling coupled with a proactive attitude toward ongoing maintenance and repair skills development

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
