Synthesize operational data to identify trends, implementing continuous improvement initiatives that bolster plant reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering teams to streamline workflows and integrate new automated technologies. What You Bring Professional Experience:

A proven track record of 3-5 years in a high-volume manufacturing setting, specifically within beverage, dairy, or complex packaging sectors.

Technical Mastery:

Deep expertise in troubleshooting automated production lines and a sophisticated understanding of integrated mechanical and electrical systems.

Educational Foundation:

A Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred, alongside a required high school diploma or equivalent.

System Proficiency:

Advanced command of CMMS software and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP environments is highly valued.
