Job Description

It's our mission - powered by People and driven by Innovation. The Electrical Designer will review submittal drawings and data required for customer design approval. Create and release drawings, part numbers and special parts for orders. Produce Bills of Material for panel assemblies. Produce the electrical section of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Coordinates with Mechanical Engineering on contract projects. This position will be onsite at Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. in Loves Park, IL. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review preparation of submittal drawings and data required for customer design approval. Create and release new drawings, part numbers and special parts for orders. Produce Bills of Material for panel assemblies. Produce electrical section of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Design and/or inspect equipment for specification compliance. Issue engineering change orders Work with vendors to locate components and obtain quotes.
Provide technical support to Customer Service, Customers, Sales and Manufacturing. Work Environment Usual office working conditions with moderate noise such as computers and printers, telephones and copy machines. Exposure to elements such as odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, and/or chemicals. Minimum Qualifications Associates Degree in Electrical Design or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Proficiency with AutoCad and/or AutoCad Electrical. Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
