Achieve comprehensive network and monitoring coverage across the facility. Improve server stability and operational reliability. Perform ongoing maintenance and support for systems and equipment. (20%) Serve as technical lead for client coordination, present company operational workflows, gather and analyze client business requirements, provide customized production and after-sales service solutions. Evaluate operational costs, identify potential risks, and supervise frontline operations to ensure execution aligned with project expectations and business objectives. (25%) Design physical production environments, including production workstations, equipment layouts, material handling areas, and related workspace configurations to support product assembly and manufacturing operations. Establish dedicated testing areas and finished-product demonstration areas to support quality control and product presentation. Collaborate with OEM manufacturers to drive the implementation and stable operation of contract manufacturing projects, assist in the planning and optimization of production materials and auxiliary consumables usage. (20%) Plan and implement protective fencing layouts for workshop and warehouse facilities to establish clear separation between functional areas. Design fencing schematics based on actual site dimensions, coordinate with manufacturers for production and fabrication, manage the project lifecycle from initial planning through final implementation and delivery. (15%) Train newly onboarded employees and share operational expertise by documenting workflows into SOPs. Provide guidance and troubleshooting support for junior staff. Collaborate with other departments to design and optimize ERP systems based on actual operational scenarios to improve efficiency and usability.
