Senior Execution Planning Advisor Contract Length:
12 months
Location:
Spring, TX 77389 Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They're expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Overview The Execution Planning Advisor III is a senior project execution professional responsible for leading Front End Execution Planning (FEEP) activities, developing project execution strategies, and supporting the successful delivery of capital projects. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in execution planning, collaborating with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to identify risks, optimize execution plans, and ensure project readiness through all project phases. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Front End Execution Planning (FEEP) activities for capital projects. Develop execution planning deliverables supporting key project milestones, including Gate 1, Gate 2, Checkpoint 1, and Gate 3. Facilitate cross-functional FEEP workshops to identify execution risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans. Coordinate and participate in project, contractor, and supplier audits. Monitor project progress, execution risks, and schedule performance during execution. Support project teams with execution-related activities, including schedule recovery planning, issue resolution, and performance reviews. Drive alignment among project management, engineering, contractors, and other stakeholders on execution deliverables. Participate in project reviews, risk assessments, concept selection reviews, and project evaluations. Provide expert guidance on execution planning processes and project management best practices. Mentor junior engineers and support the development of project execution capabilities within the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline. Significant experience in project management, execution planning, or capital project delivery. Proven experience supporting projects through multiple phases of execution. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to support project execution activities and provide strategic planning recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in engineering. Oil & Gas industry experience. Experience in a variety of project management, execution, and planning roles. Leadership experience managing large capital projects. Experience with Front End Execution Planning (FEEP) methodologies. Familiarity with client's project processes such as EMCAPS. International project experience. Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
