We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the Production Engineering Group in manufacturing, design, development, and testing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Owning production process definition and implementation within assigned areas Performing time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and work sampling Developing and maintaining engineered time standards using statistical and mathematical methods Scheduling job plans to optimize workflow and support manufacturing operations of aerospace hardware Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and improving manufacturing methods Qualifications and skills required: B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years' experience, with understanding of aircraft manufacturing and industrial engineering Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, TeamCenter a plus) Experience with MOST and proven success in process improvement Work environment: Exposure to noise, heat, cold, and aircraft-related odors. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and perform various physical activities. Adherence to safety and regulatory standards is essential.
