Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring manufacturing efficiency aligns with quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are preferred. Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on process improvement and factory optimization. Expertise in Capacity planning, capacity analysis, and resource optimization, Production planning, scheduling, and process optimization, Cost planning, cost analysis, and manufacturing cost optimization Experience with Reverse logistics and reverse manufacturing processes Process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies, data analysis, KPI development, performance tracking, and reporting.
