- Manufacturing | Weekly Pay | Hiring Immediately HTI is hiring Production Technicians for leading manufacturing companies across the Southeast.
These are full‑time manufacturing positions with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime. Job Responsibilities As a Production Technician, you will: Set up, operate, and adjust industrial production equipment according to established procedures Load raw materials and monitor machine performance, making real-time adjustments as needed Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Safely operate overhead cranes and/or heavy equipment for material movement Assist with basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers Read and interpret work instructions, gauges, and production data Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) Follow all safety protocols and actively contribute to a safety-first culture Job Requirements for Production Technician High School Diploma or GED, preferred Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client Mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery, equipment, or manufacturing processes Experience with machine operation, heavy equipment, or industrial tools (preferred) Ability to troubleshoot and make basic mechanical adjustments Comfortable working with hands, tools, and equipment in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety Ability to read and follow technical instructions, gauges, and production indicators Experience with preventive maintenance or equipment repair Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechanical systems Forklift or crane certification Benefits for Associates Weekly pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits Opportunities for overtime and career advancement HTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/D/F/V/SO).
