Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift (6:00am-3:30pm) $17.00/hour | Bedford, NH | Full-Time | 9/80 Schedule No manufacturing experience is required - we'll train the right person. This is a full-time, 1st-shift opportunity with paid training, excellent benefits, opportunities to learn and advance, and our 9/80 schedule, which often provides a three-day weekend every other week. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will train the right person to operate our equipment, assemble our products, perform quality checks, and become a successful member of our production team. What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will: Learn to operate specialized manufacturing and forming equipment. Manually assemble stainless-steel conveyor belts and related products. Follow work instructions and production specifications. Inspect your work to make sure it meets our quality standards. Enter basic work-order and production information into our computer system. Monitor equipment and report problems or unusual conditions. Help meet production, quality, delivery, and scrap-reduction goals. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow company safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Work with teammates and supervisors to complete daily production needs. What We're Looking For You do not need to be an experienced manufacturing technician. We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and arrives ready to work. Wants to learn and is comfortable receiving training and feedback. Takes pride in producing accurate, quality work. Can follow instructions and pay attention to details. Works well independently and as part of a team. Communicates respectfully with coworkers and supervisors. Is comfortable using basic computer systems. Has a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Can meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, lifting, repetitive-motion, vision, and other requirements. Work Location and Pre-Employment Requirements This is an onsite position at our facility in Bedford, New Hampshire. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Bedford for their scheduled shifts.
