Job Description

Adecco is working with a manufacturing company in Bedford, NH to bring on an experienced Test Technician for their 2nd shift team. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work with advanced RF and antenna testing equipment.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30
PM Pay:
$28-$35/hour, depending on experience

Permanent What You'll Be Doing:
As a Test Technician, you'll support the testing and validation of antenna and RF products using specialized testing equipment and controlled environments. You'll work closely with engineering, production, and outside testing partners to ensure products meet required specifications and testing is completed accurately and on schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
Perform RF and antenna testing , including testing within anechoic chambers Operate RF network analyzers and other electronic test equipment Support environmental testing including vibration, shock, thermal cycling, and thermal vacuum testing Set up test equipment, fixtures, and instrumentation Collect, organize, document, and review test results Troubleshoot testing issues and communicate findings to engineering and production teams Assist with the development and documentation of testing procedures Maintain organized testing areas, equipment, fixtures, and records Coordinate with outside testing laboratories when needed Occasionally travel to outside testing facilities
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience with antenna or RF testing Experience working in an anechoic chamber Hands-on experience operating RF network analyzers Experience with environmental testing such as vibration, shock, thermal, or thermal vacuum is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a technical team High school diploma or GED required; additional technical education or training is a plus U.S. citizenship required due to the nature of the work Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on RF, antenna, electronics, or environmental testing experience who is looking for a long-term position with a growing manufacturing team. Pay Details:
