AOI Operator:
Operate AOI inspection equipment on SMT production lines. Review AOI-generated defects and classify true defects versus false calls. Inspect populated PCBs for missing components, incorrect component values, polarity issues, skewed or tombstoned components, solder bridges, and insufficient or excessive solder. Verify assemblies to

quality standards. Document inspection findings and communicate defects to SMT operators and process technicians for correction. Qualifications of the
AOI Operator:
High School Diploma or GED. 1+ year of electronics manufacturing, SMT, AOI, inspection, or quality experience. Ability to identify electronic components and read assembly documentation.
