Description Bardane Mfg. Co. is seeking a Die Cast Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate die casting equipment and support the production of quality manufactured components while following established safety and production procedures.
Job Duties:
Operate die casting machinery and related production equipment
Load, monitor, and remove parts throughout the die casting process
Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications
Monitor equipment during production and identify potential operating issues
Perform basic equipment and work-area checks
Follow established production procedures and work instructions
Report equipment, tooling, or product quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or die casting experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial equipment
Strong attention to detail and product quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable and able to work effectively in a production environment
