Description Bardane Mfg. Co. is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. In this on-site role, you'll support our internal engineering department while serving as a key technical connection between customers and our manufacturing operations.

Job Duties:

Serve as the primary on-site contact for technical customer communications and coordinate with the internal design team

Manage the transition of customer concepts from initial inquiry through final production

Handle technical customer inquiries and manage the Request for Quote (RFQ) process

Review customer 2D drawings and 3D SolidWorks models to assess project scope and manufacturability

Create, review, standardize, and maintain factory work instructions in accordance with

ISO 9001

standards

Participate in internal engineering review meetings and collaborate with customers and vendors as needed

Track new tooling prototypes, engineering changes, sample approvals, and handoffs to the production floor

Travel occasionally to customer or vendor locations to support project alignment

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a closely related industrial field

Hands-on proficiency with SolidWorks, including opening, viewing, sectioning, and measuring 3D parts and assemblies

Familiarity with

ISO 9001

manufacturing and quality documentation requirements

At least 2 years of experience working with an engineering, quality, or manufacturing team, preferably in a foundry, molding, or metal-forming environment

Strong technical communication skills and the ability to translate engineering information into clear instructions

Ability to work fully on-site and travel locally or regionally as needed
