Description Bardane Mfg. Co. is seeking a Trim Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate trim press equipment to remove excess material from manufactured parts and help ensure finished products meet quality specifications.
Job Duties:
Operate trim press equipment to trim and finish manufactured parts
Load and unload parts safely and efficiently
Inspect finished parts for defects and proper trimming
Use basic measuring tools and gauges to verify part quality as required
Identify and report equipment, tooling, or quality issues
Follow established work instructions and production procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company safety and quality standards
Requirements:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to safely operate production equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Dependable and able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
