  • 3 days in office / 2 remote) Overview We are seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to step into a leadership role as an Assistant Regional Director of Survey.
This position will oversee survey staff, manage multiple projects, and play a key role in client relationships and regional operations. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level surveyor looking to move into a broader leadership role with direct impact on team performance, quality control, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead survey staff across assigned projects and offices Oversee project execution, schedules, and quality control Develop and maintain strong client relationships Review, sign, and seal plats, as-builts, and legal survey documents Prepare and review proposals and scope documentation Support billing oversight and project financial tracking Ensure adherence to survey standards, procedures, and best practices Stay current with evolving surveying technologies and workflows Qualifications Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (Georgia or ability to obtain) 5+ years of licensed surveying experience Strong background in both field and office survey operations Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) Proven ability to manage teams and client relationships Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive compensation ($140,000
