Job Description

Job Summary Ajin Georgia is seeking a Quality Assistant Manager to support quality operations within our automotive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee production quality, supplier quality, customer quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards. Responsibilities Manage production process quality and inspections. Perform in-process and final inspections. Analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions. Lead root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D methodologies. Monitor SPC and quality performance metrics. Maintain and improve Control Plans. Support supplier quality activities including
PPAP/PSW.
Respond to customer quality issues and prepare 8D reports. Support OEM customer audits and
IATF 16949
compliance. Maintain MSA, calibration, and inspection equipment. Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Manufacturing quality experience. Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and MSA. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Automotive manufacturing experience. Experience with PPAP, PSW, and
IATF 16949.
Ability to read engineering drawings (2D/3D). Experience with Minitab. English communication skills.

Full-time Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
