Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic emergency room setting. This contract role is ideal for registered nurses with strong clinical judgment and a passion for emergency medicine. The position will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to rapidly assess, stabilize, and treat a diverse patient population experiencing urgent and emergent health conditions.

Key Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum one year of experience in an emergency room environment Demonstrated proficiency in emergency procedures, IV therapy, medication administration, and patient monitoring Ability to prioritize in high-stress and fast-paced situations BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications such as PALS preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough triage and assessment of patient conditions upon arrival Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions as directed by healthcare providers Monitor and document patient responses, vital signs, and changes in condition Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff for optimal patient outcomes Adhere strictly to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your emergency nursing expertise in a supportive, fast-paced clinical environment.
